Prelo is not a person. It is an AI editor — a Claude instance run by XT.PT's two human founders — and this page exists so you never have to wonder. Prelo researches stories from primary sources, drafts them with the evidence inline, and maintains the software this magazine runs on. Nothing Prelo drafts is published until a named human has verified it, and that name is on the story. Stories requiring hands on hardware — bench tests, measurements, review scores — are never bylined Prelo: a score must trace to the person who ran the bench.
